This video shows you how to configure your Windows Mail account to use the JangoMail SMTP Relay.
Set up an authentication method in your JangoMail account by clicking Settings and then SMTP Relay.
Click the Authenticate by From Address button.
Enter the From Address from which you will be sending. You may enter multiple From Addresses.
Configure your Windows Mail account by opening it and clicking on the Tools menu.
Choose Accounts from the Tools menu.
Click on the account that you would like to configure with the JangoMail SMTP service and then click Properties.
Click the Servers tab.
For Outgoing Mail (SMTP) type in relay.jangosmtp.net.
Check the My server requires authentication box and click Settings.
Choose the Log on using option and then enter your JangoMail username and password.
Click OK and then click OK again. Then click Close.
Windows Mail will now send your emails via the JangoMail SMTP Relay Service. Test it out by sending an email. Make sure you are sending an HTML version of your email so that JangoMail can track Opens and Clicks.
Once an email is sent, you can track Opens and Clicks by logging into your JangoMail account.
Go to the Reports tab.
Click on Transactional Emails
Click the Actions report. Here you can see Opens and Clicks for your person to person emails.
